Expansion module?

I followed the directions in the T4 manual to find out if my second hand just purchased T4 had an expansion module installed?  selecting the Function key, Voice creator then Expansion module then down 7 - 8 never showed any module, the Expansion module select button appears to be Greyed out?
Does this mean no module installed? If not I can easily buy one. Would a 1024 meg module be OK?

Correct

If no module is installed then the expansion part of the display will be greyed out ..If you really want to check physically turn the keyboard over on a bed or something soft and take off the plate underneath that has 4 screws ..An installed module will be there .it has a bright red circuit board so easy to spot
