mikf

 John
Don't know what styles are available on the SX but most Yamaha arrangers have a Highland waltz (or something with a similar name) that works quite well set to about 150 bpm. If not, try other waltz styles like country waltz set to about that tempo.
Sheet music of this song can be found in 6/8 as well as 3/4, have even seen some in 4/4 - but that doesn't matter, the version normally sung as the anthem works in 3/4 waltz time.
But after Tuesday night's display by the 'flowers of Scotland' I think maybe we should go back to something less cheerful sounding as an anthem!  :-[

I've attached 6 midi files you can use to create your own style, John. :)

Good John, hope you  find something to suit you.
I was a student in Edinburgh in the early 60s when the Corries were just forming and used to see them frequently playing in pubs around the University area and met Roy Williamson who wrote this song. There were four of them then, - they still had Paddie Bell, but they became a twosome later. Although Roy Williamson died fairly young, he did see the song gain huge popularity across the country, and become an unofficial anthem.
