Sync start audio?

Working on a song style that uses a 2 bar audio loop that I imported. Is there any way to sync start/stop the audio using registrations?  or should just I build a new audio multipad to manage it?  Asking mostly for the best live playing techniques.
As a newish owner, I'm working on making abt 70 songs/styles, many prog rock or psych rock, but also worship songs.  So using some audio loops will come in handy to get the 'real' sound for many songs.  Many songs are coming along as nearly done, others are problematic with timing issues in recording so they may be delayed.  Reading the manuals MANY times, reviewing vids and the PRS tutorial site MANY times, and many things are coming together.  Also getting better at the confusing Style Creator details with SFF edit as well.  If you're new, keep reading and building creations, and of course, search for and ask questions on this forum and even the Genos forums.  And thanks to the many contributors of styles, pads, voices, programs etc.
