MixMaster v24r2 available

Hello,

A new version of MixMaster is now available : MixMaster v24r2.

- Install will automatically remove the older version
- Added GENOS 2 Support
- ListView : Three font sizes available (Saved in ini file)
- ListView : Column width changeable (saved in ini file)
- Closing all open views when calling a GoTo program (necessary to prevent ListView errors)
- A few little changes in some default Instrument files
- Code updates - transparent for the user, but necessary for programming updates.

There exists 2 different GENOS 2 instrument files : GENOS 2 and GENOS 2(2.0).
The difference is that the 2.0 version has another way of showing voices in ListView (extra spaces - more readable).

Please report any issues.
In case of problems with the new version, the previous version can still be downloaded.
Attention : when reinstalling a previous version you first need to uninstall the newer version.

Thanks to 'micdonk' for making the new instrument list for Genos 2.

Both tabs in ListView 'VoEtSoft' -> is for future functions
                                   'N/A' -> Not Applicable for users -> only for me as programmer (for doing some tests).
