Reverse electric guitar sound possible?

Hi folks,
Genos 2 newbie here.
It is possible to get a reverse electric guitar [single note at a time] sound?
Robert Fripp seemed to play some on the recent Trevor Horn reworking of Relax, with Toyah singing.
Yes used a reverse piano sound to start Roundabout I believe.
