Hi!
Since I am used to foot switches and pedals, I was hoping to get the functions I needed on my Genos2 connecting it to the MFC10. As far as I can see, Genos2 does not have midi data for organ rotary slow/fast. :( Then I need a extra foot switch for this. What would you recommend for this? Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. I have ordered a similar one from Gear4music. At first I wasn't sure if I had to use a latching or non-latching switch.

I find it easier to use now that that have assigned it to one of the buttons on the left.
It only becomes active when an organ voice is chosen.

Hi
Yes, that's what I also do now, but old habits are hard to change. :-[ I'm so used to foot pedals/switches from back in my guitar and organ days ;)

Dear AIS,

I fully agree with Eileen (our precious Queen of the Forum), and that's what I do.

I used to play Hammond organs with Leslie, and the command for Slow/Fast  is a switch (called "Half moon", because of its shape) that is located on the left side of the keyboard. Genos switch is positioned a few centimeters far from Hammond original position. This switch has always been there, and even present Hammond (Suzuki) organs do the same.

The reason why this choice was and is successful is because it is easy, fast and precise to get the switch (one second?) while playing.

It is true that usually it's hard to change habits, but this thing doesn't require any challenge.

It's always about personal preferences.
I have no problem to use either one of the solutions, but pedal is for me more convenient when both hands is occupied play the keys.
