I got my Genos2 last week and one of the problem I have is this: the Scale tune does not change with the registration settings . currently the only way is to change it manually. but this works perfectly on my Genos1.
Details: on my registration I set a specific scale tuning but during play when I choose this registration setting it has no effect. I checked everything and check marked the scale on registration memory And it is exactly the same setting like my Genos1 .

Thanks in advance for any advise!
Ali

Solution: needs to go through all registration imported from Gemos1 and edit and save them in Gemos2.

Hi Ali,

Just a thought: Have you made sure that the Freeze function is NOT activated (if Scale Tune should be ticked in the Freeze settings)?

By the way, in the Genos2 Data List there is an additional column "Scale Tune Memory" compared to the Genos(1) Data List. There you can see that the SUB SCALE parameters "Tune On/Off" and "Tune" are saved there.

I haven't figured out yet whether the Genos2 Scale Tune behaves differently than in Genos(1) in this regard, or whether this column was just "forgotten" in the Genos(1) Data List.

Best regards,
Chris

Thank you Chris,
I double checked and the Freeze function was NOT activated . However, After one day challenging with this problem,  I  tried to edit and re-create the same registrations and this time it works.  :) :)
It means that I have to go through all my registrations in GENOS2 and edit and save them all. ;D
Best.,
Ali
