Switching parts with MIDI commands in a SX900

Hi Folks,

There are sometimes when I use a remote MIDI keyboard, a keytar, MIDI 5pin cabled to the PSR so the latter is a sound engine.  Keyboard works great but I'd like to set up some buttons on the Keytar (Alesis Vortex 2) to send a MIDI command like a CC or a Program Change to switch which of the R1, R2, or R3 parts is being played.  Can anyone tell me if the PSR will accept MIDI commands to do this and what they are?  I dont' see anyting in the Yamah Data manual except that "Part On" and "Part Off" do support MIDI but no mention of what commands.
