Tyros Midi Setup

Hi, Have tried to follow Fred Smiths video on how to display sheet music on the ipad from the Tyros, all went well for a while but lost it after setting up the one time midi file. The next step was to make a midi file for each registration but this part was not explained. I would be very grateful if somebody could explain how to do this so i can proceed with the setup. Thanks
