Does anyone know if this company is still in business?

The website is live and I've tried for the past 5 days to purchase 2 midi files from them but when I try to pay I get an error screen.

I emailed Support and got no response. Two days later I emailed Administration and still no response.

I've just had a reply from Support to my first email, so it looks like they are in business.

But I'm still having a problem buying my midi files from them. I've emailed again so now wait & see.

Yes TMFOnline is still in buisiness.
How do you try to pay ? PayPal or ... ?
If plan A doesn't work, don't forget that the alphabet has 25 more letters.

I click the image under Choose your payment method.

It's a single image containing icons of the different methods.

I will use Paypal but don't get the chance to choose any method. On clicking the image the page changes to an error page.

Jan emailed to say he'd fixed it but I still get the same error page.

I log in on the webshop and choose a midi file.
I go to the basket, and choose PayPal as payment method.
This worked perfect for me.

Do you have a account at TMFOnline.com ?
I think it is needed to be able to buy anything.

When I have a problem to pay with Paypal, removing the 'cookies' from my PC often solves the problem.
Perhaps you could try that.

Thanks for your help.

I have an account I opened to purchase these two files.

I get the same error screen using Firefox, Brave and Edge, so something is wrong somewhere.

I can't get to choose Paypal. How do you select Paypal? I can see an icon for it but it's just one icon of many in one image containing all. It's a link but just opens a error page.

The image is not immediately under the text "Choose your payment method". There's like a double line space then the icons.

I use Paypal frequently and have not had a problem.

Thank you again for your help, Etienne.

I resolved the problem by registering again but this time taking more care entering my details.

I'd noticed that my first registration showed my Zip Code against City and Zip Code showed my local area. I felt this might be the cause of the problem and so it was.

I now have my midi files.
