Synchronization of Keyboard to Chord Tracker

I've been asked to help out in a band but need to learn when to come in on what bar with the keyboard. I'm using Chord Tracker for the chords and need to synchro the  MP3 song with Chord Tracker,. I've managed it manually a couple of times but it's not really practical, any ideas greatly appreciated.
