Hello everyone, I am a musician in hotels in Gran Canaria. In one of the hotels, the keyboard does not respond well to me, it is very slow and it is impossible to perform a performance properly. The hotel current is fine and I always carry a current stabilizer. They have told me in that hotel that they have wifi signal amplifiers in the same electrical installation. Would anyone know if there is a solution for this problem? I put a video so you can see how slow the keyboard is. Thank you.

Really weird, this is the first time I've seen something like this. Maybe there really is a problem in the WIFI protocol that uses the power grid. Just in case, turn off WIFI on Genos.

How and where it turns off, because I think I have it turned off, but the same is not turned off at all.

Now I also see that it is not possible to set Wifi to status off. I suggest you change the current modality of work
Menu 2> Wireless LAN > Mode> Yes>
It makes sense to me that it is better to set Genos in Access Point Mode.
All these are just my guesses, it costs nothing to try. And maybe someone with a better suggestion comes up in the meantime.

Something is definately eating all cpu or memmory resources..

As indicated, it could be a wifi connection, but also many things else..

If you have a good backup with you, i would try a full fledged factory reset,
Then test if the Genos works okay to elliminate any hardware issues.
Then reload your backup and see if the problem consistss.
If its back, you know there is a setting/file making this happen.

I already tried doing that too and the problem persists.  It only happens to me in one of the 6 hotels in which I work.  The keyboard at home works perfectly, everywhere, except in that hotel.
