Hello all ,

I have my new Genos and it's great.
I 've been able to figure most things out on my own;

However, when I use the right three voice the right 1 and 2 seem to loose all their volume. For the life of me I can't figure out how to resolve this one.

Can anyone here on the forum tell me what I am doing wrong?

Many thanks,

Ron

P.S.    I put this question in Genos>General, not knowing exactly the proper category

Hi Ron,

this "problem" is well-known. Please check your SPLIT POINTS:

The RIGHT 3 Split Point must be one note higher than the LEFT Split point to can play all three Right Parts layered.

Examples:

Split Point STYLE:        F#2
Split Point LEFT:          F#2
Split Point RIGHT 3:    G2

or

Split Point STYLE:        F#2
Split Point LEFT:          B3    (LEFT Voice can be played from G2 - B3 in this case)
Split Point RIGHT 3:    C3

Best regards,
Chris
