Why don't harmony work on synth voices?

Hello friends :)
I am trying to make harmony work on the legacy synth brass voice Funky analog, but no luck. I then discovered that harmony will not operate in a "normal" way with the synth voices. Is it possible to change this. Some voices are not even polyphonic. You can hear only one note even though you are playing several. I guess this goes for all keyboards, but I am using Genos. I suspect I have a learning curve concerning synth voices :)

Hi Toril,
There are many settings (styles) of harmony...maybe none of them are selected for the legacy voices, so turning on and off the Harmony button won't work?
So, you should try and go into the 'Harmony' and see if you have any selections that you can make...with the voice selected, press the 'Direct" button and then the Harmony button.

And many original synthesizers were only monophonic, so the original Legacy voice would copy that.

If you go into the voice edit, there is a setting to switch between mono and poly for the voice. Switch it to poly and the harmony should work.
