I have an iPad Pro along with the bluetooth Apple Earbuds Pro.

Can I use the Yamaha MD-BT01 Bluetooth adapter for both the iPad and Earbuds?

You could probably pair them, but it won't help very much. The BT01 transmits midi, not audio, so your earbuds won't understand it.

If you want to use your earbuds as a headphone, you would need a headphone jack to bluetooth converter. However, latency is always an issue with Bluetooth (ie, what you hear is fractionally delayed from the key press, which annoys a good deal of people).
