Hi,
For the PA series until PA3x you can try directly with Style Works
For the new 700,1000 and 4x you must to export the style like midi file and after you can use SW or Style Magic

Hi Mihai :

Very interesting information ! Thank you very much.  :)

I guess you have already made some PA4X, PA700 and PA1000 conversions, right ?

Would you mind to upload those conversions here ?
I think many members of this forum would be very grateful.

Best regards, Babette

Hi :

To my knowledge there ain't no PA4X, PA700 and PA1000 conversions ( for Yamaha arrangers ) available yet.
It would be great if one of you were capable to convert these great Korg styles.  ;)

Cheers, B

No interest shown here. Pity as I've now lost my enthusiasm for the project...

I'm interested in this.  I have the Korg version of the EMC software which converts Yamaha to Korg, but I can't go from Korg to Yamaha.  I would have to purchase an additional license key to do it.   There are some very good R&B and Cool Jazz styles on the Korg I would like to convert.   Is this the only way to convert the styles?

I would love it if someone figures a way to convert or recreate the Korg Liverpool styles for use on my Yamaha PSR-S975. Of all the styles I have accumulated, I have not found great Beatles styles yet. I have not yet mastered the skill of refining a style to sound as good as the Liverpool styles, but one day I hope to be there....
