Registration Containing Midi Files

I am trying to understand the architecture.  Am I correct in thinking that the song player is primary, and the registration links to it with the same name, adding whatever parameters, like 1-8 sounds, tempo etc?

In other words, first enter the midi in song mode, then assign whatever in registration, and save with the same name.

The name is immaterial. It's whatever works for you.

The important thing to remember is a registration is a snapshot of the keyboard. A registration simply remembers whatever you have loaded at the time.

So setup the keyboard with whatever you want loaded (song file, style, bodices, etc.), then memorize your registration.

Thanks again Fred.  I guess I was unnecessarily complicating things. I am not sure about the bodices,however, ha ha
