Can I record vocals along with an audio file on PSR 970?

Is it possible to record my vocals while singing to an audio file (mp3 or wave) that I created?
Didn't know if this is possible on the PSR 970 . . .

No. You can't both play and record audio files at the same time.

Most people record their song as a midi. Then they play it back, sing along, and record that as an audio file.

Hi Jill, Fred advice are perfect; you can use your aux input of the S970 to play the mp3 and then record your vocal on top, just try all the best Patrick
