8 registrations on memory buttons

I set up my PRS S975  instruments on the 8 registration memory buttons.  I am not sure how to save this as baseline for gig performance.
I have purchased 2 expansion modules of international sounds that have been saved on my memory stick.  The problem is when I punch in into the expansion module, I lose all my baseline instruments on the original set up.  Even the individual volumes levels change to factory set up level.
I would like to go to a gig and just press one button to bring out the original baseline set up and one button to bring out an expansion module set up with different instruments that have been set up.
It this possible?

Press the registration button (J). Press save, and give it a name.
