Chord Progression using Multipad

I created a multipad with the desired syncopation that I wanted. I used a 4 note Cmajor chord(C,E,G,C) to do this.
Once the multipad is running, I play the following descending chord sequence: Cmaj7,  Bm7,  Am7 & Gmaj7.
I want the B, A, and G chords to descend from the previous chord then I go back and start with the Cmaj7 again.
All is well except for the Gmaj7. It sounds an octave higher than it should.
How do I get the Gmaj7 to not sound an octave higher.

Thanks

I am curious as to why I have received 0 responses to my question.
Is it a dumb question? Is the answer obvious? Is there no viable answer?

It is a good question, but sadly I do not have the answer. Others will answer in time😀

I think our good friend and Multipad expert Joe H, is the one who can answer your question.

I did take a quick look at the manuals hoping to find something like the "Style File Format Settings (Parameters)" for Multipads.

For styles, there are three parameters: HIGH KEY, NOTE LIMIT LOW and NOTE LIMIT HIGH. These control the range for notes produced by transposition (NTR/NTT).

Unfortunately, Yamaha seem to have hidden these parameters for multipads. To my eyes, anyway, you can tell the arranger to track the chord, but do not have these fine control parameters (as available for styles).

Maybe someone knows how to do this for multipads?

All the best -- pj
