I would like a suggestion for a midi program that shows me your chords in the melody.

The keyboard itself will do this, with the Score function, as long as the chords are embedded in the file. And, if the chords aren't embedded in the file, you're out of luck regardless of what program you use.

Hi
Just to add to Fred's comments, PSRUIT is a free program that will show you the chords in a midi file and will put them in if there are none there to start with. English text will be found half way down the page on Heiko's site.
