Possible to make and save simple midi song changes in Genos?

I've had my new Genos for a couple of weeks now and keep loving it more and more.  I haven't touched my Steinway during that time, so last night I decided to and it freaked me out.  I'm already in love with the keyboard action of the Genos and the Steinway now feels like molasses.  Oh boy, I'm in trouble.

Anyhoo, I'm wondering if it is possible to make certain edits to midi song files with the Genos.  I found this great guide, but it isn't specific for the Genos: http://psrtutorial.com/MB/zips/FAQ%202016.pdf

Section J.24 at the bottom talks about a Song Creator.  Does the Genos have an equivalent?

I'm mainly wanting to change voices & volumes and have those saved when the song loads the next time.  I don't need to edit the song structures.

While I can use a midi editor on a computer, would be easier for simple changes if I can just do those right on the Genos.

Yes, there is a song creator on genos. Only real difference with previous models is that you can select it on your touch screen.

Hmm, I can't seem to figure it out.

Found this post which also says it is possible: http://www.synthzone.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/posts/444584

Guess I'll have to read the manual, ugh.

Hi Robert

All edits re: voice, FX, pan etc.etc will be made in the 'Mixing Console'
For the style edits go to 'Style Creator' and save the style to 'user'

All edits to your midi will be done in the 'Mixing Console' also.
Then go to 'Song Creator' to 'execute and save'

Maybe save all your song voices and style parts just the way you want them to registrations before you start recording, then just change your registrations as you go through the song.

It's sometime quicker to re-record a midi than spend time editing and correcting mistakes

Thanks, Pino!

Seems like the chapter starting on page 67 is what I need: https://usa.yamaha.com/files/download/other_assets/7/1131007/genos_en_rm_d0.pdf

I haven't had a chance to touch the "recording" button yet.  Didn't occur to me that would be how to edit midi, but makes sense now that I know.

I'm continually amazed by the Genos!  I bought it having never touched it.  Wasn't entirely sure I would keep it, but I'm totally in love with it.

Hi.
Midi edit has been topic in some threads before, and here is a thread where I wrote a recipe about how it can be done.
It's not well described in the manual, so maybe the links beneath is for any help:

Here is anothet thread about same topic:
