Hi All,

The 6-8PopBallad has been converted to Genos from T5 but sounds much less attractive.  :-[
(The original is an Audio Style in T5).

I know there is a way to convert using YEM but I'm hoping someone can save me the time to learn how to ...   ;)

Has anyone already converted it and can share it?

Thanks

Hi Yinon,

you can download all (40) Audio Styles of the T5 from the Genos download site ("Other Downloads" ---> "Bonus Audio Style Packs"):

https://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical_instruments/keyboards/arranger_workstations/genos/downloads.html#product-tabs

These Packs are in .ppf format, to use with YEM.

BUT there is NO need to install these Audio Styles as PACKS by using the YEM: You can also extract the Audio Styles from that .ppf files (by using the program "StyleExtractor"). You can download the current version 1.0.0.5 of this program here:

https://www.psrtutorial.com/forum/index.php/topic,44290.msg369236.html#msg369236

Subsequently, the Audio Styles (.aus) can be copied to a USB stick (and/or) to User drive (and can be accessed directly from there on Genos).

You will find the T5 Audio Style "6-8PopBallad.T160.aus" in the Bonus Audio Style Pack "Pop" (file names are "Audio_Style_Pop.zip" ---> "A.Style_Pop_Genos.ppf"). The size of this .aus Style file is about 17,2 MB.

If you only need that ONE Audio Style, you can download it here: :)

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
Chris
