How i can create soundfont with the internal sounds of my psr? or with various sounds that i have
i want use sounds with some midifiles, for playing with another software

You would need to connect your PSR to a computer and use software to sample its sounds. Then you would need to use software to create a soundfont from the sampled sounds. There's a program called SampleRobot which was designed to simplify the sampling process, but it's neither free nor inexpensive, and I don't know whether it can create soundfonts for you or whether you'll need to use a different program (such as Viena) to do that.

If you don't want to buy SampleRobot, all you really need to do is use a DAW to create a MIDI track with a series of Note events-- appropriately spaced apart as far as their timing, so each Note can fully decay before the next Note is played-- for the specific Note values and Note velocities that you want to sample.

Then you'd play the MIDI track and send its output (i.e., sequence it) to your PSR, and use the DAW to record an audio track to capture your PSR's audio output as each Note is played.

Then you'd need to use the DAW to slice up the audio track into all of the individual samples, saving each sample with an appropriate name so you can identify the particular PSR voice, Note value, and Note velocity which that sample is for.

Then you could use other software to create a soundfont from the samples.

Note that Yamaha's sound samples are their property and are protected by international law, so although you could make soundfonts of your PSR's sounds for your own personal use, you wouldn't be able to sell them legally.

Also note that Yamaha had an XG soft synth that could be used to play XG sounds in a DAW or other MIDI software. I don't think Yamaha sells it anymore (unless it's still for sale in Japan), but they also have an XGlite version called "MidRadio Player" that's available from one of their Japanese web sites.

thanks

To create sample banks, you can use Awave Studio, from FMJ-Software team. It is a good program to create, convert sample banks.
You need your custom wave files to import in program and to create layers (elements from Yamaha) set the correct parameters and save the library as you want, sf2, or Korg's format, etc.

To create a sampled sound it is a very complex process, which needs a lot of hours of work in a dedicated soft.

Good luck.

Vali
