A friend of mine is having a difficult situation.
During a performance, someone took two nipples on his Genos during recess.
He asked me to find a place to sell it to buy replacement.
Can someone help him?
Thanks!

Hello,

Have you considered building new ones in 3D printing? Many people use this technology nowadays.

Hello Snicker740,

A dealer or Yamaha service department can certainly provide these buttons.

Best regards

Online sellers from China have a lot of designs, but he wants to find the right Yamaha spare parts.

He contacted the local Yamaha dealer as the answer is NO.
He hopes to find it from other suppliers around the world if someone on this forum knows.

Sninker740,

It is really abnormal for a dealer to answer no for the purchase of some knobs!
You can contact "Zionip" because he owns the "Genos Service Manual" and he will be able to give you the exact reference numbers of these "knobs" which can be ordered more easily at Yamaha Europe or Yamaha Japan for example.

Best regards

The Yamaha part number for the Live Control (VR) knob is: ZW5670I0

In case anyone is interested, the Yamaha part number of the Slider Knob is: ZW5671I0

Beware! Those are "I" characters. I did a copy paste from the PDF and checked the part numbers on Yamaha 24x7.
