Touch Response vs Touch Sense

From what I understand, the touch response is changing the touch feeling generally for all the voices. There are also some other parameters at the Voice set display, the touch sense and offset settings, that they are changing the touch feeling for an individual voice.

Does this means that the touch response settings, are somehow some fixed settings of the touch sense depth and offset, that they have named them as "Hard1-Hard2-Soft1" etc. for simplicity, or do they change something else too?

Are the touch sense depth and offset settings the only way to manipulate the touch feeling of a voice, or is it any other settings that it can alter this feeling?

The touch you set up like Soft Med or Hard is set to how you strike the notes on the keyboard.
The offset is used for changing volume on individual voices. If you feel a certain voice is a little to low or high when playing then you can adjust the offset and if you want you can then save it as a User voice.

Thanks for your answer EileenL.

Does the Touch Response settings change the velocity carves as in the bellow picture?

Are there any other parameters that they are altering the touch feeling of the keys?

Can someone analyze the graphs from my first post, in details?
