help with user sounds and KBD volume

This is my second post because my first 1 worked out and resolved my problem, i am turning to this forum because i see a lot of good people trying to help those in need and i personally  thank everyone and God bless.

i edited lot of voices from expansion packs on genos and saved them in user. but every time i want to change another voice from that user folder i made, it takes me to expansion folder the way its on yem, which it sounds edited but i have to go back to my user folder every time and  its very frustrating because i have few folders with different voices. Does anyone experience something like this ? did i do something on settings? same problem with registrations and ots.

also the kbd slider not working when i select up 1,2,3 which in tyros 5 used to work 100%
in this case volume goes same for up 1,2,3 resets them all and can't use it ??
any help would be very appreciated
