Hoe Can i lock de settings from the Foot pedals?

Locking the display is not an option.

If you mean every setting I dont think that is possible. Do you mean you want to lock pedal settings?? You should be more specific about what you settings you want to lock.

I don't think there is any simple way to lock pedal settings. But you can make a set up registration which sets the pedals the way you like, then initiate that registration each time when you start up. Or use it to reset the pedal settings if they change.
But bear in mind that if you select another registration that contains pedal settings, it will reset them.

For the moment i use "freeze" to protect the pedal settings. But when i forget by the beginning of playing to use the knob "freeze" , i must again choose the correct pedal settings

If you use the set up registration as suggested above you will at least be able to instantly recover your pedal settings on the fly with one press.
