Title: Midi Octave Transpose
Post by: rev_02 on Oct 29, 2018, 08:30 AM
I am trying to use QMIDIARP with my PSR S900 to get an arpeggiated part in the left. It all works fine except when I try to change the octave it is in. I need it for a Bass part, so I went into the "Mixing Console" section and turned the Octave down to "-1" for the left part. However, the keyboard transmits the correct note, but it also lowers the incoming note by -1 as well, so I can only move in increments of -2. This may be fixed within the arpeggiator software (although I haven't found a way yet) but this is also an issue for midi loopers etc.

Many Thanks

I assume it can be done using a Midi editor, but I don't know how to use them . I change the midi but when I play it back on my PSR S900 they sound very poor
