Meu teclado fica apresentando na tela assim:

Não sai dessa tela.
Já tentei reset ligando e desligando segurando o último C, mas não acontece nada

Alguém sabe como me ajudar?

I used my phone to translate your post, and it appears that you are getting the message "Update" on the screen and cannot get out of that screen.  The translation says that you turned the keyboard on and off while holding down the upper C note, but I did a Google search, and it looks like doing a factory reset is to turn the keyboard OFF first, then press and hold down the high C note (the rightmost white key on the keyboard), and then -- while still holding down that key -- turn the keyboard back ON.  Keep in mind that this is a factory reset that will erase anything you have saved on the keyboard.

If this still doesn't work, then it is possible that your keyboard may need service.
