Expansion Explorer.

Hello. Not sure if this is the correct forum for this.
I have downloaded "Expansion Explorer" to my Windows PC and it loads fine but will not recognize my Genus keyboard. I have tried to connect via USB and Wi-Fi but no recognition.
The screen on the keyboard shows it is "connected". Am I missing something like an adaptor for example? I seem to recall seeing in one of the adverts for 'Explorer the use of an adaptor plugged into the rear USB port. I am something of an ancient Luddite when it comes to technology so any help would be appreciated.

Genos 1 or 2? Expansion explorer does not work with genos 1. You can only use the demo mode in that case.
