I have just joined this community so I could "vote" in the Features and Functions section.  Quite a performance and the data gathering may discourage some people as it is mandatory in most cases rather than optional. As I'm new to that
board/forum it may be the unfamiliarity but it seems cumbersome. The organisers could learn a thing or two from this forum about a user-friendly approach.

I bet it could! After all, it's just an algorithm and an extra window. Sure, probably it is saved also in registrations, separatedly, to be able to call what ever genre you want in the Smart Chord settings screen. SX920 users could tell us if this is how it works. 🙂
Personally, I find it very interesting.
