How can I open or converting a style with extension.sst ?

sst is just a regular style and should play on your keyboard in the same way as others do.

There is a list of the various extensions for Yamaha styles ( sty, pst, pcs, sst, prs, bcs, fps, scp, aus ) on Jørgen's site here

Technically, a .sst style is the same as any other style and so it can be edited/modified in the same way as for example .sty or .prs styles.

Maybe you should describe what exactly is the problem?

Simply change the .sst extension to .sty
