Damper Resonance DSP for Piano in Genos2 and Genos1

The damper resonance effect has a paramter called Pedal control (0...127).  What does this do to the sound? I could not hear any effect of changing this parameter. It is set by default at zero.  Also, how does one adjust the the dry/wet setting?  What they show there is quite cryptic to me:  Dry/Wet D63>W – D=W – D<W63 1 127.  What does it mean vis a vis the setting?
