Text files in Registrations

Hi all, been a long time since I have visited the group due to health issues. I have been editing Genos 2 registrations from the Genos 2 playlists, I have version 5.4 of the YRM, so I am trying to convert from Genos 2 to Genos 1. My question is, when creating a new registration file via YRM, there is the option to add a text file, but editing existing Regs, that option is unavailable.  Any members know how this can be achieved?

I've just had a quick look in mine, also 5.4, and I do have an option to add a text file when editing an existing Reg that doesn't already have one. It's at the very bottom of the second screen. It's there for each of the bank numbers I select to edit.
