Step Edit Playback

Is there a way on a PSR-SX720, etc. to single step through notes one at a time while in [MIDI Multi Recording] Step Edit mode and still hear the notes? I haven't figured how to get it to do that and sound only plays with playback control.

Hi,
Maybe there's something that you forgot to mention, but in MIDI Multi Recording, I can hear each note as I scroll trough them in StepEdit or change particular note setting.
The only case when I don't hear the notes is, if channel has a voice assigned that doesn't exist on keyboard.
