Hi all

Iinstall Yamaha Expansion Manager V2.11.0 i put my instr nr in it

But still there,s no psr sx 720 in it so when i put some packs in it and later on my kb no posible to install so what help please

A simple solution maybe; if you try to reinstall YEM on your computer.
Make an total uninstall first, then you download YEM again from Yamaha
and install it. In the description of YEM it says that it would work
for the SX-720

Ive just had a similar problem, you may have to uninstall and then reinstall it.
Secondly you may have to delete packs to find what is corrupting the programme

You may also check ini file of Expansion Manager to see what version is written in. Go into appdata folder, in Yamaha/Expansion Manager and open Expansion Manager.ini file

If it does not displaying the latest version, change manually those two values with this:



BTW, the path to ini file is for Windows OS. For MacOS, I don't know which is, as I don't have a Mac to check it. But, I don't know, this could also not being a solution, if YEM update the version in ini file.

PS:
1. There is also an Instrument.ini file, which store data about your n27 files installed into YEM. You can also check if your keyboard was added to that Instrument.ini file.
2. There is also a InstallTargets folder. This folder contains data for each keyboard installed into YEM (selected content for export to keyboard, userWaves details, some index files for quick installation or full installation). These are for advanced users, but you may check if the folder is created. The folder name must be exactly like the section ([3650_HANBxxxx]) from Instrument.ini file.
