Hi all

For my PSR SX920......

Yamaha pedals: Can FC4A and FC7 be used at the same time (FC4A for sustain, FC7 for various volume adjustments).
I know they are both good for the 920, but could I buy both and use as I suggest?
Thank you,
Steve

Steve,

If you have multiple pedal jacks (3) on the back of the keyboard, you can do what you want easily.

You can go into the Assignable menu and see there what can be assigned to the foot pedals. Just to be sure you can assign what you want before deciding, and get pedals to suit.

I got the FC7 without thinking, or knowing anything really, and it turns out I really want a pedal for advancing registrations too. The FC7 is overkill for that as a more basic pedal would do that for me, so I got a Studio-M (I think) for that job, at a fraction of the cost. They work together nicely, no issues.
