White Home button turned off during performance

Good morning everyone,
I have a question, are there Genos 2 players who have already had the White Home button on the right next to the screen go out during use? I noticed it for the first time yesterday while playing.
After I restarted the Genos everything was back to normal and did not go out anymore.
I will keep an eye on it.

Luke - I also experienced this but I am such a novice with the Genos2 I assumed operator error.  Same fix ... restarted and all OK again.

Hi Luke,

At the moment I can't think of what the reason for the problem described (Home button goes off) could be. In any case, I recommend installing the current Genos2 firmware (currently V1.10) if you have not already done so.

thanks in advance for your response!!
At this moment I have not experienced it again, hopefully it will stay that way??
What could be a possible explanation is, my LED lighting (buttons) is on the lowest level (1), suppose the "Home" button in question is the last in series then it could be that the threshold voltage value has dropped for a while causing the "Home" LED to go out?? Who knows???
I will keep you informed.

same issue yesterday, intro 3 was staring to blinking in purple colour ... latest firmware 1.10 anyone else who got the same thing? after reboot issue is gone ... strange Yamaha

Hello,

That happened to me too.

I was using the chord looper feature at the time, but I can't say that caused it.

I rebooted genos2 and the HOME button relit.

Go figure

I have not had the above problem but last night whilst playing the G2 I was using variation B of the style & the C button suddenly lit up PINK. Having changed to a different variation the pink lit C button went off, back to normal.

was on 4 (max) but now i set to 3 ... should be better from what I read on facebook...

I had the same with the Home button. During playing I noticed that the light was off, after switching Genos off/on it was on. Sofar it did not happen again.
