Periodically I send my two preteen granddaughters music links to songs that I've recorded.  More often than not I am introducing them to songs from my teen years the 1960s.
Sometimes I push further back in time.
I recently wrote them this:

My mother,  your great-grandmother Helen, used to love the voice (and the looks) of singer Robert Goulet.

Here he is singing a powerful song from a Broadway show called "Paint Your Wagon"

I like to occasionally play that Mariah song on my keyboard.  I did so a few days ago but decided to play it with a rock style for a change.
