Serenade Mp3 player Jos Maas question

Has anyone been in contact with Joss Maas the creator of he Serenade midi and Mp3 player.  Great programs and have used them for years.  I need some help editing text in the mp3 program    I've reached out to him several times but no response.  I've even bought the ONe man band live program for my iPad which allows you to play Yamaha styles from the iPad.   So he still must be active as the apple site still has his program for sale
