Hi Guys

I have a collection of Tyros Styles and in the very last alphabetical folder (XYZ) I have a bunch of song styles that all have an XT prefix followed by the style name.  They definately sound a lot more professional than "standard" styles ..Does anyone know why they have the XT prefix

Currently : Tyros 4 Keyboard    Previous Keyboards : SX900, S650, E-373 and S550

Hello from Germany,

i´d translated a german txt-File =

XT:
The top format specifically for Tyros, PSR3000 and CVP-305,307,309. The new Mega Voice technology (11 Mega Voices), the high-quality panel timbres, and of course the full effect power of these instruments are specially supported. Songs and styles gain even more quality and reality through Mega Voice technology. The XT format is also the best song format for Tyros 2 as long as no XT2 version is available.

XT2:
The top format for the Tyros 2. In our songs in XT2 format, important instruments such as drums, guitars, basses, strings and brass are primarily played from the 18 megavoices as well as the outstanding panel voices, depending on the musical style and necessity. This ensures outstanding authentic sound quality comparable to the internal styles.

Hope, I could help ;-)
Best regards
KlausT

● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)
