Folder not shown in yamaha psr a5000

I created a new packs in yamaha expansion manager one of them called D50 and installed it on the yamaha psr a5000. When I go to the user area, I see all folders except  the D50 folder, but the sounds belong to d50 folder still worked via a pre-configured MIDI but cant be choosen  . How do I display the D50 folder?
