My cover of the fantastic Italian theme song of a cartoon that remained in the hearts of us "kids" of the 80s: Jeeg.

To best achieve it, I created an ad hoc song style for my Yamaha Genos with the Yamaha MIDI Song to Style software, starting from an excellent Midifile; I subsequently improved the style using the Yamaha MEGA Enhancer software and the instrument's Style Creator.

I also created two Korg, Dexibell and Roland Zenology sound combinations, using my Korg Nautilus workstation as a MIDI controller for both the Dexibell VIVO SX8 module and Roland Zenology (running as an Ableton Live plugin).

You can also download my custom style and the related registration bank from here:

I too am a child of the 80's, but never heard of Jeeg Robot (then again, my favourite theme songs form that era were "The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers", and "Star Blazers/Space Battleship Yamato", "Battle of the Planets" and all those wonderful Glen A Larlson live action shows like Battlestar Galactica, Knight Rider, Airwolf, Street Hawk, Ottoman, and St Elsewhere, The Greatest American Hero, The A Team (ok that last 3 weren't Larson), and most folks here won't be familiar with those.

Don't know this theme but googled it, and didn't realize it had lyrics! Your rendition has all the wonderful exuberance of the original :)
