Hello everyone,

My name is Marco, and I'm 57 years old. I live in the Netherlands. My hobbies include computers, music, and electronics, which have been lifelong passions.

In the late 70s, I started taking electronic organ music lessons. Later in life, I took piano and saxophone lessons. In 2016, I had a lung transplant due to a serious illness, after that, making music has been even more valuable.

In 2022, I upgraded and began seriously making music again, using a combination of an organ, keyboard, and a Digital Audio Workstation on a PC. I play just for fun, live in my living room. My biggest influences are Klaus Wunderlich and Jean Michel Jarre.

I currently use the following gear:
•   Yamaha PSR-SX700
•   Crumar Mojo Suitcase
•   Roland PK-5 Foot Pedal
•   Roland DP-10 sustain pedal
•   Crumar EXP-20-MS Expression Pedal
•   a few footswitches
•   Homemade Arduino-based MIDI controller
•   Vintage organ bench from the 1970s
•   Vintage Magnat Zero 6 speakers with a DENON amplifier
•   PC with Ableton Live
Putting this setup together was an exciting and enjoyable experience. While I purchased the keyboard and organ new, I was able to acquire the older items second-hand from all over the Netherlands and Germany.
Although I have been playing with this setup for a few years now, I recently found this forum and the PSR Tutorial site. I have been searching for new styles and ways to make the most out of my SX700.
This forum has answered many of my questions, and I hope to enjoy it for a long time to come.

● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)
