Hi all,

I'm creating a bass line and I want the typical 1, 5 bass to carry on and then resolve to 5, 6, 7, 8. In C it would look as follows:

[C, G,] [C, G,] [C, G,] [C, G, A, B,] resolve to C of Bar 1.

On playback in the song, I'm getting:
[C, G,] [C, G,] [C, G,] [C, G, A, C,] The B note won't play. I get a C note instead!

What NTR/NTT settings do I need to make this happen? Thanks...

"Learn" your music correctly, then "practice" it. Don't practice mistakes because you'll learn them.

Sounds to me like you programmed in CM7, so if you're playing C, there is no B.

Easiest workaround is to play CM7 chord; if you change the source chord to C, there are potentially odd behaviours that will happen once you play CM7 and C7 (but cboku (Caspar) probably knows the answer to that.

hi Lee,
Mark is on the right track... See SFF Edit > Source Root/Chord and select Bass channel. The default setting is
Root : C
Chord: M7  -change that to Maj
