A brand new PSR-E473 owner here. Started playing piano at 10 years of age but had to stop learning a couple of years later. Played skiffle in the 50's on a cheap guitar but stopped playing after a couple of years. Spring forward to 6 years ago when my wife and I moved to an over 55 community. There was a small group of seniors playing guitars, mandolin and banjo. Bought my first cheap guitar and now have one electric and one acoustic. This group of seniors did not have a piano player so I borrowed a keyboard for a couple of weeks and last week bought my 473.
That's about my life history in music. Looking forward to learning and participating in this forum.

Hello Dogluvver

Welcome to best Yamaha keyboard forum.
I am a guitar player who switched over to using just an arranger keyboard. It was the best move I ever made.  ;D

● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)
