Hello everyone, I signed up to this Forum, which I consider very useful, after purchasing a Tyros 5 (I had already owned a Tyros 2 for 16 years which gave me a lot of satisfaction). I use midi files a lot. Many greetings to all,
Bruno

Hi Bruno,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for becoming a member. I'm sure you'll learn a lot about your Tyros 5 keyboard here on our forum and will experience many pleasurable hours playing it.

You'll want to be sure to visit the Home page and check out some of the tutorials you will find links to there. The following link will take you to the Home page of the website:

Should you later decide to become a supporting member, which will include lifetime membership, other forum boards will become available to you, as well as a wealth of additional musical knowledge; however, there is absolutely no obligation to do so. You may also use the following link to discover the full benefit of becoming a Supporting Member of the PSR Tutorial.

You'll also gain access to an Excel Song Index database, made available to supporting members by our good friend, Peter (XeeniX) and maintained by another good friend, Runner4Fun, which presently contains 111,967 song titles in 2,954 indexed books. This index is updated often.

In lieu of making a donation only, you may also order any of the website's resources, which can be found at the following link:

Hello,

Welcome to the best resorce of Yamaha Arranger Keyboards.

I invite you to watch my videos at my YT channel or PSR Performer page - the links are below my name.

Welcome Bruno!

I'm from Italy also (Roma) and play a wonderful Genos.

I'm sure you will love this Forum. I learned much more here than by the user manuals.

I suggest not to concentrate on Tyros posts only. If you read the posts related to other arrangers, you will certainly find many interesting things that you can apply to your Tyros. This is because the basic principles of Yamaha apply to any model.

A very useful function to do that, is to select (top of the page, besides your avatar) "Show unread posts since last visit", that will show you all posts for any model (including Tyros).

Ciao

● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)
