Hi there everyone... I've been here shortly... Does any one know that if It is possible to change the pitch of an audio style which have ACMP other than drums?

Maybe I don't understand what you want to do but key and pitch of an any style is set by you when you play chords - the style does not change.

Hi --

If you're referring to Yamaha's current implementation of audio styles, no. Yamaha's existing implementation assumes that the audio track embedded in the audio style is a rhythm track.

That said, if you want to go to the great effort of deconstructing the audio style, you could use an external tool (e.g., Audacity) to transpose the pitch of the audio track. Then you face the problem of re-assembling all the pieces and parts.

As Mike said, Yamaha arrangers do not transpose the style audio in response to chords played by the performer.

Yamaha actually have a slew of patents covering audio style parts that respond to chords. None of this technology has made it into a Yamaha product!

Hope this info helps -- pj
