MIDI Song to Style for Legacy Windows

Is there a version of MIDI Song to Style for older Windows versions available? Or, is there a way to get the current version to run? I have a Windows 7 machine I would like to install on.

Look at the whole thread in the link below. I tried this and really corrupted up my Windows 7 computer big time trying to install the dxgi.dll file from Windows 10.  It's a good thing I had cloned my hard drive.  Maybe some else has found a way to make the program run on Win7.
